It is not unusual to see Dave Dauber's name listed as TLC's "Top Enroller of the Month" because he’s achieved it many times. That's partly because this former Sales and Marketing professional takes his TLC business very seriously... and partly because he is totally committed to the things he needs to do consistently to achieve success.
From his home state of New Jersey, Dave's initial motivation to join TLC was "for the timing and residual income." He achieved the Ruby level very quickly, went on to earn multiple Dive for Fives, qualified for the Leaders Circle... and has never stopped since. Besides the enhancement to his family's health, Dave’s home based business allows him to spend more time with his 4 year old son, Daniel and his wife Martina, an Administrator. He is also enjoying the freedom that a residual income brings. "It's nice to know that your mortgage is paid for each month, whether you decide to work that month or take a vacation." When asked how he works his quickly expanding business, Dave responds with one word... "hard!" Then he adds, "I use all the corporate tools available to deliver the information in a professional manner. Letting the tools do the work puts me in the ultimate position of leverage."
