TLC Leadership Academy in Denver, CO reached maximum capacity with 250 attendees ranging from brand new Distributors who
enrolled the previous day, to seasoned Distributors who have attended multiple times.

Friday night's TLC Business Briefing, featuring several of the "who's who" of our elite field, as well as TLC Founder, President and CEO, Gary J. Raser, was a huge success, as evidenced by the many prospects who enrolled. Attendees were blown away by the intense full day of training that followed on Saturday. Planning Your Meeting

With the new Your Ticket to Freedom DVD, you can hold a meeting in any setting ... as long as you can play the DVD! When you're planning a group meeting like a Limu Night or TLC Briefing, it's important to consider the right location and time. Whether it's casual or formal ... on a weeknight ... or over the weekend a little advance planning will ensure a successful event.

Meeting Locations

Limu Nights can be a casual gathering in your living room, a group of family members over for Sunday dinner, or even a backyard barbeque with friends. It is not necessary to serve food and in fact, may not be a good idea since some prospects may be put off by the idea of having to do so themselves. Most Distributors serve only Original Limu™. Some like to add a light snack like chips and salsa, veggies or fruit and other beverages. Remember that whatever you choose should be simple and easy for someone to duplicate.

TLC Briefings can take place in a number of spots that can be as formal as a hotel meeting room or more casual like a room in a church or library. It is far better to have a smaller room that’s full than a larger room that is half empty because the energy level is much higher. Be realistic rather than overly optimistic when booking your room. You can share the cost with other Distributor leaders in the area or even by charging each Distributor in attendance a small fee, such as $5. Of course there is never a charge for guests. Refreshments are generally not served in this type of setting, although hotels usually provide water stations.

Meeting Times

Your meeting can take place anytime, although weekday evenings are usually ideal. Many Distributors prefer Tuesday through Thursday nights. Some Distributors even schedule meetings at lunchtime or around weekend get-togethers with family and friends. Be sure to consider the schedules of other Distributors and any guest speakers you want to have present. Ask Distributors to arrive 15 minutes before the starting time.
