Ruby School, October 2006 - The Limu Company

Upon reaching the level of Ruby in The Limu Company Compensation Plan and developing three Gold legs, we want to recognize your achievement by inviting you to attend a Ruby School in the Orlando suburb of Lake Mary, Florida. As an emerging TLC leader, these sessions are designed to enhance your knowledge base and accelerate your business success. They also provide the ideal opportunity to get to know your corporate team and network with your peers.

The next Ruby School will be held on October 13^th and 14^th, 2006, 2006.

THE AGENDA

Friday

By 11 a.m. Arrive in Orlando and meet the professional car service that will take you to your hotel in Lake Mary for check in and lunch.

1:30 p.m. Depart from hotel for a tour of TLC's offices, convenient to your hotel, and meet our corporate staff. Afterwards, get an indepth view of TLC from the management team.

6:00 p.m. Depart from hotel for a casual dinner with Bryan Noar, Director of Field Support and Rick McCall, VP of Operations, while you pick their brains.

Saturday

9:00 a.m. Be prepared for lots of learning at the Ruby Leadership Training Session. Dress is Business Casual.

12:00 p.m. Relax to a leisurely lunch with corporate staff and other field leaders and discuss information you learned in the morning session.

4:00 p.m. Take advantage of this free time to network and exchange ideas or relax.

6:00 p.m. Depart from hotel to enjoy a private dinner and fellowship with Gary and Helen Raser. Dress is business casual.

Sunday

6 a.m - 9 a.m. Our car service will take you to the airport for your flight back home.

Dress Attire

Dress is Business Casual at all functions.
Men: Slacks, dress or polo shirt, optional jacket.
Ladies: Slacks, skirt, dress.
(No jeans please).

As part of your exciting weekend, you will:

Tour TLC corporate offices
Be briefed on the latest corporate plans
Meet one on one with corporate staff
Receive personalized direction in attaining the Emerald level and beyond
Be mentored in the keys to success in our industry
Network and share success tips with fellow Ruby leaders and build lasting friendships

Our Responsibility

Provide hotel accommodations and meals as designated on Friday and Saturday
Provide professional transportation to and from airport
Reimburse you up to $400 per distributorship for air fare in North America; and up to $600 per distributorship from outside North America.
If you prefer to drive, we will reimburse you 40 cents per mile, up to $250 per distributorship

Your Responsibility

Qualify as a Ruby with 3 qualified Gold legs for the final 3 consecutive months
Complete at least 1 Leadership Academy prior to attending this event
Notify TLC of your intention to attend at least 21 days prior to the session
Inform us of your travel plans at least 14 days in advance
Make your own travel arrangements
Arrive Friday by 11 a.m.
Leave hotel for airport on Sunday before noon
Be ready for a weekend of enlightenment... direction... motivation... and fun!
