Summary of Position: The Sales & Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing a legendary customer experience to new and existing Promoters and Customers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Fields inbound and outbound inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintains courteous and customer-oriented focus to further strengthen valued relationships.
- Enrolls new members and enters all pertinent information into company database.
- Up-sells and promotes new products and services.
- Maintains and updates Member and Customer accounts.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six months of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an in-bound call center environment.
- Flexibility in work hours based on scheduling needs and business demands.

- Ability to navigate through systems using basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in receiving details and entering information into multiple databases.
