I live in Marietta, GA by way of many places. I’m a retired Air Force Officer, Lieutenant Colonel, and currently own an event planning and catering company that services the Atlanta metro area. In addition to that, I’m a Senior Project Manager with a Fortune 500 Company, so clearly, I have a lot on my plate. Still, I found time to take care of everyone else, but ignored my own health.
I was introduced to the LIMU Experience exactly one week prior to having a major medical emergency. I found myself laying in the back of an ambulance praying for my life. I prayed to God that if I got through this situation, I would take care of “me” better. Thankfully, I recovered from a potential stroke and followed through on my promise to make a change.
