At some point in time, you’ve probably been told to stop procrastinating and get to work. Unfortunately, it’s really easy to get distracted when you’re not focused on your goals. Don’t become one of those people scrambling to enroll new Promoters because they didn’t put enough time into growing their business earlier in the month. Take note of these 5 ways to stay on top of your game and you’ll start crushing your end-of-month goals.
PROMOTE PARTIES, NOT JUST PRODUCTS
Yes, our business revolves around promoting our incredible product line and sharing the LIMU Experience, but when you really break it down, the process of growing your LIMU business begins by successfully promoting and hosting parties. You’ll never reach your full potential as a Promoter unless you continue to host Experience parties, no matter what your rank is or how many years you’ve been in the industry. And when you keep your parties short and to the point, you can host more parties during the month, meaning more opportunities to add to your team. Think of it as selling time slots—you want to talk with people face-to-face where you’ll have a better opportunity to get to know them and address any questions or concerns about becoming a Promoter.
DON’T STOP PROSPECTING
No matter how good your pitch may be, you can’t expect everyone to say “yes” the very first time they learn about LIMU’s business model, so don’t sit back all month long and think you’re going to enroll 10 people at your next Experience party. If this sounds like your mentality, you’re guaranteed to stress yourself out at the end of the month when you realize you’re still one or two Promoters away from reaching your next big milestone. Don’t push your business to the side for weeks and sporadically reach out to people. Instead, if you set a goal to connect with a few new people every single day and remain committed to it, you won’t feel overwhelmed when the 31st rolls around.
FOLLOW THROUGH AND FOLLOW UP
Make it a priority to follow up with prospects who may be on the fence about committing to the LIMU Experience. Instead of overselling, try asking for the sale rather than forcing it. Let your prospects know that you want them to join your team and that you’re excited to build this business with them, so they know they have your support. Set reminders for yourself, especially when someone asks you to touch base with them again in a few months. You may want to write them off as a dead end, but don’t! Even if they’re not interested today, who knows what their personal or financial situation will be in three, six or even nine months! Don’t take it personally when you get a “no”—it’s not you they’re turning down, it’s the opportunity, and it most likely has absolutely nothing to do with you and everything to do with them.
TAP INTO THE TOOLS
You should be utilizing our free tools on the daily to help boost your business efforts. Anytime you meet someone, get their contact info so you can introduce them to LIMU by sharing interest-generating videos through the LIMU Share App. There, you also have access to informative product videos and digital brochures, giving you even more of an edge when it comes to sharing content and educating potential new Promoters. Plus, you can access the LIMU University Virtual Training Center anytime to watch training videos that teach you how to make the most of your LIMU business. As long as you take advantage of these valuable resources and continue to follow our proven Process throughout the month, you’ll be on your way to finishing the month strong.
UTILIZE BACK OFFICE
Stay on track to meet your end-of-month goals by reviewing your close-to reports in your IAMLIMU.com Back Office. It’s the best way to find out who in your downline is close to achieving new ranks. Once you identify those teammates, help them in any way possible. This business doesn’t work unless you all work together, so don’t forget to keep up with these numbers and provide support to your fellow Promoters.
