1. GREEN LEAF SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
• 2 scoops, Giving Greens®
• 2 cups, cashew or almond milk
• 2 cups, packed kale leaves
• 1 cup, frozen pear chunks
• 1 cup, frozen table grapes
• 1 small banana
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
2. Blend until very smooth, around 3 minutes, beginning on low and slowly increasing the speed to high.
3. Pour and serve!
2. CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients
• 1 packet, LIMU LEAN® Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
• 1 cup, unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 tsp., cinnamon
• 1 tsp., sugar-free, fat-free, instant cheesecake pudding mix
• Low calorie sweetener of choice
