Duplication is vital if you want your LIMU business to succeed. You might have certain skills and approaches that work for you, but if these things aren’t duplicatable, meaning if your team can’t easily replicate them, then your new Promoters aren’t going to succeed.
As you recruit new Promoters, your actions teach them not only how to start, but what to do (and continue doing) in order to be successful. Teach your new Promoters the LIMU System and Process and positive business-building behavior will continue to be duplicated throughout your team.
The 3 Filters
A key component of learning the LIMU System and Process is understanding the psychology of the 3 Filters. When you invite others to join LIMU through Experience parties, 3-way calls and the LIMU Share App, there are 3 Filters prospects will undoubtedly be thinking about.
1. Can I do this?
2. Do I have time to do this?
3. Am I willing to do this to my friends and family?
These 3 Filters are essentially a litmus test, lenses your prospects use in order to determine if they can see themselves working the LIMU business — just as you are.
When you prospect properly, no training is needed. The goal is to make people say, “me too!” instead of “so what!” When you use tools and techniques that are simple and duplicatable, prospects put themselves in your shoes and they begin to navigate through the 3 Filters in their minds.
Everything you do should help mentally guide people through these three questions…
1. Can I do this?
The first step towards becoming a successful Promoter is believing that you can actually become one in the first place. Do you have what it takes to make the most of the LIMU Experience and successfully share it with others? Yes, of course you do — everyone does — that’s what makes LIMU so great: It’s something anyone can do. But, it’s up to you to make that apparent through your words, actions and prospecting technique. Again, you want people to think, “me too!” by showing them all the ways that LIMU makes this business simple and fun. Here are some ways you can subconsciously communicate that.
What to Do:
• Use the LIMU Share App and interest-generator videos to introduce prospects to LIMU, because everyone has time to fire off texts to their friends and contacts
• Use all the free tools available, including the LIMU Share App, containing Video 1: ‘And Then…’, Video 2: ‘This is LIMU’, and Video 3: ‘The LIMU Experience’, plus ‘Real People, Real Stories’ video series, LIMU University, 3-way calls, Experience parties, etc. to help you be “the messenger” and not “the message,” because that’s easy to replicate
• Host casual, in-home LIMU Experience parties and keep them 30-45 minutes, because everyone’s got a living room/kitchen to utilize and 30-45 minutes to spare
• Play Video 3: ‘The LIMU Experience’ at parties and let it do the talking for you, because everyone can press “play” and be “the messenger”
• Get good at delivering your 2-minute story, because it’s digestible, relatable and inspiring, plus it’ll make them say, “me too!”
2. Do I have time to do this?
It’s easy for people to miss the chance at an opportunity that can change their lives by deciding they simply don’t have enough time to mirror what you’re doing. That’s why it’s important to keep it short, keep it simple and keep it to the point when you’re prospecting. Here’s the good news: If you follow the proven LIMU System and simple LIMU Process, the lightbulb will turn on for people you’re sharing with.
You want people to envision how they can weave this business into their already busy and hectic lives.
That’s why it’s so important to stay short and sweet, and avoid the pitfalls that could prevent prospects from seeing they absolutely do have time to do LIMU.
What Not to Do:
• Are you standing in front of the room giving elaborate explanations on each LIMU product?
• Are you acting like a scientist and citing complicated research studies on Fucoidan?
• Are you giving detailed breakdowns on exactly how the Prosperity Plan works?
• Are you hosting over-the-top parties with massive spreads of food?
• Are you talking excessively instead of using the tools, the System and Process in place?
• Are you presenting as “the message” instead of “the messenger”?
If you answered, “yes” to any of those, you’re turning people off to what you have to offer. Remember what it was that made you say, “yes” and “me too.” Are you modeling that for other people?
3. Am I willing to do this to my friends and family?
The fastest way to get yourself started is by sharing with the people you already know – your warm market. That means friends, family and people you know closely. That can be intimidating initially if you overthink it or if you doubt yourself. But, with tools like the LIMU Share App and our powerful interest-generator videos, it’s now easier to begin these conversations organically and get the word out about LIMU in a short, simple and compelling way.
