I am Faith Ford, and this is my LIMU Experience.
A lost friend from our junior high school days reconnected via Facebook and mentioned she was hosting a LIMU Experience party this past October. You see, we used to get into trouble together back in the day – but that’s a whole different “experience” story. Any who, I was intrigued that she would be reaching out and thought, “What the heck, let’s see what’s going on.” It would be fun to see Maureen again, so I talked my youngest daughter into going with me.
Upon arriving at Maureen’s home, I noticed a BMW with Wyoming state plates and a LIMU logo on it — it looked sweet! That was intrigue #1. On entering her house, I felt very welcomed and was introduced to everyone, and when the event started, it was like they were waiting for me – nice … intrigue #2. People shared their LIMU stories, the LIMU video was shown and a little more information was provided. Short and sweet, yup …I could do this – intrigue #3. We tasted products, chatted more and then they mentioned that LIMU was just entering the Midwest … whoa! An opportunity to start a business with virtually no competition! That was intrigue #4. Then the Fast Track Pack was shared, and I was in! Done deal. My daughter was in as well, due in large part to the BMW opportunity! We were off to the races and super excited to build our business with LIMU.
I’m married to a wonderful man who is extremely patient. Well, okay let’s just say he is somewhat patient with my crazy ideas and jumping into things without consulting him. I have to admit I was nervous for my Pack to arrive, as I hadn’t mentioned the opportunity to Jonathan and wasn’t sure how to bring it up without perhaps a “tongue lashing.” So when my Pack arrived, I moved it all into the refrigerator real quick and then sat my husband down. Well, ok that’s not entirely true. I walked by and mentioned it. Well, okay I swiftly walked by him and said, “Oh by the way … have you ever heard of LIMU? It’s a fabulous product that helps with health, weight loss and natural energy for us old people!” And I just walked away. I’m sure I heard his eyes roll.
I started enjoying the products and noticed how much better I was sleeping. I also had more energy … then I noticed my clothes were fitting much better!
I jumped on the scale and had dropped 12 pounds! What!?! These LIMU products really work! My husband started using the LIMU products on the sneaky and guess what? He has lost over 20 pounds! You see, we are both chefs and losing weight is a huge deal for us! I casually mentioned to him that perhaps he would like to become a customer … bingo! Done deal! After a few short weeks, he joined as a Promoter, so we are a LIMU team!
Our lives have changed, not only due to our health and weight change, but because we are building a business together and have much more to talk about.
Strategy, idea sharing, which friends we are going to share the opportunity with, and so much more. We want to thank LIMU and the LIMU family for opening your arms and bringing us into the fold. I personally want to thank my friend for having the courage to reach out after a few … ok … many years and invite me to the LIMU party. We can’t wait to be GREAT in ONE Eight!
