As a LIMU Promoter, you’ve got one job and it never changes: enroll new Promoters and Customers. Our dynamic compensation plan is designed to reward income-producing activities. Simply put, you don’t get paid until you close and they buy a Fast Track Pack. By keeping these important strategies in mind, you’ll be closing like a boss in no time!
1. KEEP YOUR PARTIES SHORT
When hosting a party, don’t let your guests run out the door because you’ve talked for so long that they just can’t wait to get home. Value their time and get to the point without overdoing it so you have proper time to close.
2. BODY LANGUAGE MATTERS
Most people notice nonverbal cues like facial expressions, posture, gestures and movements. Remind yourself to stand up straight, smile and maintain eye contact with each and every one of your guests in order to avoid giving off any negative vibes.
3. LOOK LIKE A WINNER
First impressions are everything. When you look professional, people take you more seriously and can envision themselves partnering with you in a business venture. You never know when and where you’ll have the chance to share the LIMU opportunity, so dress to impress whenever you leave the house, and especially at LIMU Experience parties.
4. ACT LIKE A LEADER
Just because you may be new to LIMU Nation doesn’t mean you don’t have the ability to influence others. If you want people to follow in your footsteps, you have to lead by example and conduct yourself like a person worth following.
5. BE POSITIVE
You may not always feel your best, but be optimistic and not let your bad days hinder your overall mentality. Strive to maintain a positive attitude at all times, especially when talking with potential prospects.
6. BE PASSIONATE
If you want others to get excited about the LIMU Experience, you have to show them your own enthusiasm. People hear your music, not your words. Before jumping on a call or speaking at your next party, practice in front of the mirror, play some upbeat music and pump yourself up so you sound eager and engaging.
7. SELL THE DREAM, NOT THE CREAM
You can push a product or service all day long, but encouraging people to identify their dreams will motivate them more than anything you could possibly sell them. When they hear the story behind the business and see where they could be with a little hard work and dedication, they’ll be willing to do anything to make that happen.
8. DON’T COMPLAIN
We all have our own share of problems, but there’s no need to project negativity onto everyone around you. If you need to vent, save it for your friends or family, not your prospects.
9. CONFIDENCE IS KEY
If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? Don’t second-guess what you can achieve in times of adversity. Remember, the LIMU Experience provides endless possibilities and there is no limit to what you can accomplish.
10. MAKE YOUR GUESTS FEEL IMPORTANT
Be sure to talk to everyone at your event, whether you’ve already met before or not. Experience parties aren’t supposed to be social gatherings to chit chat with fellow Promoters—they’re held to expose new people to the business and enroll new people. It’s about them. It’s not only about selling one more Fast Track Pack—these are REAL people with REAL stories. Show your guests that you’re interested in getting to know them on a personal level.
11. FOLLOW THE PROCESS
LIMU has developed a simple and proven Process so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Utilize the free tools and resources provided to you, like our powerful LIMU Share App, LIMU Post digital flyer generator, LIMU University virtual training center and Back Office.
12. PREPARE FOR YOUR PARTY
When you’re getting ready to host your own party, there’s nothing more important than being prepared. Have applications ready, cue up Video 3: ‘The LIMU Experience’, keep your phone handy to show off the LIMU Share App and know your talking points beforehand. Perfecting your 2-minute story will prepare you for success.
13. ASK QUESTIONS
Find out as much as you can about your guests and their interest in LIMU so you’ll have a better idea as to where they are in the decision-making process. At the end of your party, ask what your guests liked best, not what they thought about your presentation. The more you ask, the better prepared you’ll be to answer any questions your prospects will have and address any objections that come your way. And most importantly, end your parties with a simple and direct question. Say, “So as the video just said, who’s ready to get started?”
14. FIND OUT THEIR ‘WHY’
If you understand what drives people every day, you’ll be able to tailor your message to address their reasoning. You’ve got to meet people where they are at mentally, physically and emotionally. Ask about their finances and family situation, figure out what goals they have and where they’d like to be in the future.
15. EXPECT THE “YES”
Don’t act surprised when someone is ready to sign up with little to no effort on your part. You don’t always have to by pushy. It’s better to expect a “yes” than a “no”, so always go into a conversation thinking that you will come out of it with a new team member.
16. DON’T TAKE A “NO” PERSONALLY
You may feel strongly about LIMU and the opportunity it provides, but it’s ultimately up to each individual to recognize the benefits of becoming a Promoter. If they aren’t ready to commit, it probably has nothing to do with you personally. It may simply mean it’s just not the right time for them to get involved. Either way, don’t take their “no” to heart.
Remember, you’re going to be bad before you’re good and good before you’re great. But, these are some simple things you can control from the get-go. Begin with the end in mind. Why are you having a party? To enroll new Promoters! Reverse engineer that end goal and prepare accordingly.
