Boom. Perfect LIMU Experience party. Your presentation went well. Everything is going according to plan and you’ve shared your heartfelt, 2-minute story, including why you joined LIMU. You’re communicating with passion and gaining deep interest from a potentially huge prospect without any hesitation. You’re on cloud nine and about to close this prospect any minute and look like a superstar in front of your whole team. But, suddenly it goes nowhere, and you have no idea why.
You forgot to ask the ONE question that matters most, or asked the wrong question altogether, like “So, do you have any questions?” OF COURSE they’re going to have questions — but, this is the time to tap into the same emotionality that pushed your own decision to join LIMU. Tap into the ‘Why’ that drove you to say, “yes.”
EMOTION > LOGIC
While the specific details of the LIMU opportunity are obviously important, all things being equal, your prospects will make decisions based on how they feel about you and how you make them feel. Make it about them, not you.
Ask the right questions before the most important big one, such as, “What interested you most?” and “What did you like best?” Then, be quiet and listen. Let them talk.
Emotional excitement is crucial for generating a sense of urgency and keeping your prospect engaged in joining your team. For some prospects, simply hearing about the new things they’ll be able to accomplish is enough to drive their enthusiasm. But painting a picture of what’s possible will always be more effective. To close, you have to lead prospects toward their better tomorrow. This way, you’re not only discovering exactly what their biggest pain points are, you’re also uncovering their biggest goals. Then, you can tailor your message to speak to their hopes for a better future. Maybe they want to stay home with their children more, retire early, take more vacations, reduce debt, etc. Play into those desires and goals.
Instead of stating what the opportunity can do, show them what it’s already done for you and others.

THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS “NO” UNTIL YOU ASK
Heading into a closing conversation with a prospect can be nerve-wracking. But, it doesn’t have to be, because Video 3: ‘The LIMU Experience’ does most of the talking and closing for you! No matter how impressed they seemed during your presentation or how enthusiastic you are, there’s always a chance you’ll lose. Get over the fear of rejection, expect “no” and never take it personally; but get good at the close. Ask them to join you.
Begin with the end in mind. Why are you having a party? To enroll new Promoters and Customers! Remember that.

End your Experience parties with a simple and direct question. After Video 3 ends, say, “So as the video just said, who’s ready to get started today?” Other key questions include, “Who’s ready to join me?” or “Will you do this with me?” Don’t be afraid to ask people to team up with you. If you never ask, they’ll never join. The fact that they’re at your party or hearing you out means they liked, trusted or respected you enough to actually show up and listen to what you have to offer. Invite them to be a part of the LIMU Experience, then lock arms with them and help them create a life-changing LIMU Experience of their own.
