We are Sonny and Kathy Gautney, and this is our LIMU Experience:
I have often referred to myself as a jack of all trades and the master of none in reference to the many different ways I have earned money. Working hard, but inconsistently, I have been around many successful people in both the industrial and entertainment fields, in the mansions, private planes and huge motor coaches that always belonged to someone else. I have dined in the finest restaurants where I personally could not afford the tip, not to mention the meal, but I came to believe that I did not deserve the lifestyle I was seeing others live.
I was introduced to the network marketing industry several years ago, but I was not successful for various reasons. I walked away and told myself the network marketing industry did not work for me, but I realized that I did not work the network marketing industry correctly. My wife Kathy joined LIMU for the products, and LIMU ORIGINAL appealed to her because she hoped it would help our granddaughter. Like many women, she was also interested in LIMU LEAN. At the same time, she told me she was not going to be “dragged into meetings.” The first week after joining, our sponsor had an Experience party and Kathy agreed to attend with me. Right away, we realized that LIMU was different from the network marketing company we had been with before. After another Experience party we attended, Kathy looked at me and said, “We can do this!” In my mind, I pumped my fist and yelled “Yes!” Any task is so much easier when you have the full support and help of your mate!
Our downline has not grown as fast as we might have liked. Despite saying all the right things — like “some will, some won’t,” “so what,” “next” — I was letting rejections get to me. I was stressed out, and it became apparent when I approached prospects. But then at a recent Experience party, the guest speaker told us that if we were not having fun, we were doing it wrong. Kathy and I realized that we were not having fun. But with the help of our amazing upline, all the way up to corporate, we started having fun and began to have more success.
Now, we can actually laugh when we encounter someone who will not even listen to the best opportunity on the planet today. We also know in our hearts we can achieve whatever lifestyle we are willing to work for.
