Ingredients
• 1 packet, LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla
• 1 tsp., baking powder
• 1/3 cup, coconut flour

• 4 large egg whites

Directions
1) Sift protein powder, coconut flour and salt together into a batter bowl.

Ingredients
• 2 tsp., butter
• 1/3 cup, raw honey
• 1 tsp., vanilla extract (no added sugar)

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp., applesauce

Directions
1) Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender (except for the flour, pancake mix and protein powder) until well mixed.

• 1 cup, passion fruit pulp

1) Peel and freeze the bananas overnight.

1) Mix egg whites, milk and protein powder together in a small bowl, adding cinnamon to taste. Dip two slices of bread into the mixture.
