300K Tammy Maltby joined LIMU after going through what she has called the tsunami of her life, a most difficult time which drove her to seek out new ways to create a stronger future for herself. Rebounding from those life challenges, Tammy continues to grow with LIMU—her importance to her market, and to the thousands of people in it, cannot be denied. Focused on her people with fresh hope, she is building a truly robust LIMU community in a new market that is growing by leaps and bounds. Building a significant new LIMU business isn’t particularly easy when your upline is a million miles away and you live in a part of the country that’s not exactly densely populated. In the face of those challenges – and realizing that a purely comfortable life wasn’t at all what she wanted – 100K Kristal Schmidt launched herself way out of her comfort zone and has focused on successfully building a huge organization of like-minded entrepreneurs. Her boundless enthusiasm and energy for our LIMU Team is outstanding proof of her leadership, and we are honored to celebrate Kristal with our LIMU Rising Star Award for 2015.

Not that long ago, 750Ks Justin & Kristina Martin were both living on love and Ramen Noodles, and just getting by. Now just a few short years later, they have a beautiful family and a successful and growing business that reaches far beyond their Louisiana roots. Justin and Kristina are true influencers, teaching so many others what is possible with focused effort and a commitment to excellence, changing lives throughout the country. They are truly inspiring LIMU leaders, as they continue to create new business in strong teams that share their values and work ethic.
