Zig Ziglar has a saying I keep at my desk. F-E-A-R has two meanings … Forget Everything And Run … or Face Everything And Rise; you choose! I look at that every day and have to make my daily decision, will I rise or run?
I grew up in an amazing home with incredible parents. My sister and I were taught that we were intelligent, strong and independent. We could do or be anything we wanted and with hard work, dedication, and a servant’s heart anything is possible.
Growing up I always wanted to be a doctor. My truest desire was to help people, so I set out on that path and went to college pre-med. God had another plan. I met my amazing husband, Tom, the summer before my junior year. He stole my heart and in 5 months we married and I moved from Wyoming to Colorado Springs. A year later, I was a new mom with a two-and-a-half-pound gift from God. Time went on and we were blessed with 2 more incredible children, and I have been honored to stay home to raise and homeschool our kids.
I started using LIMU ORIGINAL after my sister recommended I give it a try. “Why not I thought”! It had helped her and she was doing great! I wanted to be supportive and if it helped me, awesome! What did I have to lose? I continued to use LIMU, and from the sidelines I watched my sister go out and create a six-figure income in a brief amount of time.
This past September my sister came to do a party in my town. I thought “Hey this is my town; you can’t blow it up without me!” I went to the party and when we got home that evening, I bombarded her with questions. When I went to bed that night, my husband asked “so are you going to do this thing or what?” In the morning after a sleepless night, I said “let’s do this!” I’m pretty sure my sister was in complete shock!
My first launch party was on the 21st and 4 days later my second; I went 2K VIP in 5 days! After two weeks in, I headed off to my first LIMU LIVE and it was truly inspiring. But while I was there I learned that the company I have been working for from home was undergoing some huge changes. Our job industry was changing and we were going to see cuts in pay and benefits. That gave me an even bigger push to go out and share LIMU, so I put my head down and went to work helping my team. Together in a little over 2 months I went 20K and on December 2nd picked up my Black 535i xdrive BMW!!! Driving my little black bimmer and bringing in some extra money is awesome. The real reward though is helping people with their health, building new incredible friendships, and my favorite: seeing a passion and dream re- ignited in someone’s eyes.
