LIMU’s top leaders took over the stage at LIMU LIVE! Fort Worth Success Training, and they didn’t disappoint! Alongside LIMU SVP Ryan Barson, 1M Shannon Pardue, 750Ks Brent Palmer, Justin Martin and Salien Liles and 300Ks Tim Witter, Tammy Maltby and Freddy Melero lit up the room and fired up the audience with inspiration, encouragement and insight.
On top of huge reveals like the new Experience Party Video, our Promoter Video Training Series, The LIMU System, newly-redesigned LIMUGEAR.com, and the LIMU LEAN ‘Shake It Off’ Challenge—there was a lot to absorb and apply at Success Training as each leader captivated the crowd.
Here are the top 7 takeaways from Success Training:

Alignment is key…
When 750K Brent Palmer took the stage, he brought the notion of #1team1dream to a whole new level. “With teamwork, you can make anything happen,” he said. Palmer stressed the importance of aligning as a company to follow The LIMU System while locking arms with new teammates to help them accomplish two things quickly: making it to 2K VIP and qualifying for our 3-for-FREE program. When enrollees see the benefits of the LIMU Experience right away, getting their purchase money back quickly and free product to boot—they won’t look back. Or as Coach Palmer likes to say, they’ll “stick and stay.” The key to making this happen? Follow our proven system each and every time, and actively help your team duplicate it.

Be the leader you wish to see…
Following the debut of his “How to Do a Welcome Call” video, 750K YoPro Justin Martin got real with the crowd and defined what leading a team in this business is really all about. “Don’t over promise and under perform. If they take one step, you take three,” he urged, stressing that Promoters should look beyond what’s in it for them and start thinking about how to give others a hand up. “A selfish person will never win inside of this company. Ever.”, said Martin, “Choose to point the finger at yourself and say, ‘it’s not about me …my team is going to come first.’” Being a leader means setting an example, giving it your all and empowering others to do the same. The great thing about LIMU is, when one person finds success, everyone benefits. The more you help your team succeed, the better you do in the long run.

Fight negativity & don’t prejudge…
As soon as you listen to what the haters are saying—they win. Pessimism and criticism are not the building blocks you need from your support system, and that’s why 750K #LadyBoss Salien Liles pressed the crowd to define their own worth through disconnecting from the Debbie Downers, blocking out the naysayers and keeping positive vibes and #goodenergy flowing at all times. Liles also had this piece of advice: don’t prejudge anyone. “You don’t know who’s going to say yes, you have to ask everybody,” she said. “…if it made sense to you, it’s going to make sense to them.” You never know who’s waiting in the wings, looking for a better way. Anyone can succeed with LIMU, and everyone you know deserves a shot at a better future—so don’t decide for them. Let them decide for themselves after they hear the whole story about how LIMU changes lives.

Be a product of the products…
300K Freddy Melero is leading by example, and the results are really paying off. By building some serious muscle, dropping 20 pounds and shedding multiple inches off his waist—he’s become a walking, talking LIMU LEAN advertisement. He shared his #LEANin2015 results with the crowd at Success Training and urged everyone to get on board, not only for the obvious benefits of getting healthy and in shape, but for the residual benefit of building their business and customer base. “A lot of people are looking for solutions, and the best way is to be a product of the product.”

Commit to others…
Tammy Maltby went from 0 to 300K in just 15 months. Her secret? Engaging with her community and hosting parties twice a week, every single week—no matter what. “The most amazing things you can offer your team is to be consistent and to be available,” Maltby said, and although she confessed she even had a few parties where no one showed up—she persisted. Once you make community part of your LIMU Experience, you’ll not only be a happier, more active and social person—your business will grow. Magical things will happen, but they don’t come all at once or out of nowhere. Maltby’s advice: “Start simply, but simply start.”

Dig deep for your WHY…
Your WHY is the engine that carries your business. That means you need a big enough motor to start it up and keep it running through all kinds of terrain. Define your WHY and dig deep for it. If your WHY is simply to “make more money,” you’re doing it wrong. 300K Tim Witter opened up to the crowd, demonstrating just how important it is to get others involved by telling your story and laying it all out on the table: “Sometimes you have to have enough ponies to carry the cart, you have to have a big enough engine to get the truck down the road.” Without a WHY, you don’t have a way. And that’s why it’s so important to coach your downline to dig down deep for their story, too.

Attitude & belief are everything…
When you’re plugged into award-winning marketing and branding, proven success systems and millions of dollars of business infrastructure—the only factor that can possibly hold you back from achieving success is, well, you. An unshakable belief in the company and the right attitude have taken 1Ms Shannon and Rachette Pardue to the very top in LIMU. At Success Training, Shannon urged the crowd to adopt a can-do mindset: “Your business and your life will follow your attitude,” he said, adding, “it’s impossible to have a positive life and a negative attitude.” Shannon also stressed that if you really want this, it’s yours for the taking, stating, “If we really want to do something, we’ll find a way—if we don’t, we’ll find an excuse.”
