Get ready to join the global generosity movement and help us celebrate #GivingTuesday the only way we can: by giving back!
Now officially in its fourth year, #GivingTuesday is an annual day of giving following the post-Thanksgiving wake of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. With a focus on charitable donations instead of shopping sprees, #GivingTuesday is a much-needed remedy to the consumer mentality that takes over this time of year.
LIMU’s #GivingTuesday Mission
We would like to sincerely invite and encourage all of LIMU Nation to join us on Tuesday, December 1st, as we proudly celebrate #GivingTuesday in order to benefit a non-profit organization we hold very close to our hearts, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
Our friends and neighbors at RMHC share in our “Be more? motto and mission of changing lives and giving people a hand UP, not a handout.
Ready, Set, GIVE!
This #GivingTuesday, LIMU is matching donations to the Ronald McDonald House of up to $10,000—and to reach this goal, we need your help!
We are so thankful for our partnership with @LIMU! https://t.co/vAVzGorKI2

We encourage you to give back this holiday season, and if you’re planning to do so, save your donations for December 1st to help us support this exceptional cause and make double the impact! Keep up with our progress throughout the day on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and show others how big your heart is by posting the graphic below after you donate:
About Ronald McDonald House Charities
The Ronald McDonald House serves as a “home-away-from-home? for families of children facing a serious medical crisis, allowing the mothers and fathers (and even siblings) of sick and hospitalized children to stay close to their child and free of the added stress and financial burden of hotel stays and traveling costs.
Ronald McDonald House allows children to heal surrounded by the love and comfort of their families:
According to a study recently published in Families, Systems, and Health, a journal of the American Psychological Association, families who stayed at a Ronald McDonald House believe that being nearby helped their child recover and shortened their time in the hospital. We help families:
- Stay together during their child’s medical crisis
- Reduce their stress and financial burden
- Feel less isolated and find a network of support to help them cope
