My experience with the LIMU LEAN system was phenomenal! One of my greatest challenges was to begin the process during the week of Christmas. I came out of the Christmas holidays without any added pounds, although I still had the unwanted ones. I committed in my mind and heart that I could do this and I did.
I lost 19 lbs and 8 inches off my waistline doing very little physical activity within my ninety-day period. I lost a total of four inches off my waist.
