Ryan D. Barson, The Limu Company's Vice President of Business Development, is a recognized leader in direct sales, reflecting his successful and highly productive career in multiple industries. Ryan has achieved senior management positions that have led to global success for two of the premier companies in our industry, companies that have already generated several billion dollars in revenue. His extensive experience has allowed him to not only lead important aspects of those companies, but adapt to market and organizational change with superior communication skills and advanced public presentation experience and abilities.
Ryan’s professional career has encompassed 10 years in development and sales, with a special focus on market development, multi-country organizational structures, training and development focused on improved performance, and consistent direct-interface activities with a number of worldwide Distributor sales forces. Leading sales and marketing activities on a global scale in his industry positions has confirmed his unique ability to drive consistent sales and Distributor growth across multiple product platforms. In particular, he has extensive experience in optimizing sales, process efficiencies, economy of development operations, and overall profits for Distributors and their parent companies alike.

An accomplished painter and artist, Ryan is also a great family man for his wife Heather and his four growing sons, Alexander (9), Spencer (7), Dallin (4) and Taylor (2). In addition to his serious interest in art, Ryan is a runner who enjoys athletics, weight training and spectator sports. He is also fluent in Czech and has aptitude in Russian and German languages as well.
