Functions:

Answer questions by telephone and solve Members' problems; assist with product returns, shipping and order issues; etc. Complete various forms completely and accurately. Answer questions and solve Member problems by creating solutions within established parameters. Log problems for follow-through. Diffuse conflict situations. Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Urgently answer calls during times that customers are in call waiting.

 

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent customer relations skills; ability to work independently and professionally; previous customer service experience; ability to analyze and creatively solve problems; ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy; flexible team players. Hours to start: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Must be able to work from our headquarters in Lake Mary, FL. Only qualified candidates need apply.
