Experience Kit Commissions (Paid Weekly)

Our Experience Kits are the simplest way for you to get new Customers. Your new Customers can choose from one of three Experience Kits that feature our flagship product, LIMU ORIGINAL. All of your Customer orders are qualified at 100% of QV but pay at 50% of regular PV, and are paid out through a simple 6 level payout. The chart below indicates the Experience Kit Commissions payout percentages by level. All Experience Kit Commissions are paid monthly.

Three for Free Product (Earned Monthly)

When you share LIMU with 3 Customers who are not enrolled as Members, and they place an online order of an Experience Kit in a month, you are eligible to receive your following month’s order of equivalent (identical or lesser) value for free. Your free product will be at the same rate as the lowest value of the 3 Customer orders, as shown in the example below:

You have personally sponsored 3 Customers …

• Customer #1 orders a case of LIMU ORIGINAL for $120 (Experience Kit 3)
• Customer #2 orders 2 bottles of LIMU ORIGINAL for $60 (Experience Kit 1)
• Customer #3 orders a case of LIMU ORIGINAL for $120 (Experience Kit 3)

Next month you are eligible to receive 2 free bottles of LIMU ORIGINAL (Experience Kit 1), because it is the lesser value of the 3 Customer orders. In order for you to receive a full case of LIMU ORIGINAL (4 bottles), all 3 of your Customers would need to buy a case of LIMU ORIGINAL. All Three for Free Product is earned monthly and you must be on AutoShip.

Fast Track Bonus (Paid Weekly)

You can earn immediate rewards for sharing our products and sponsoring new Members that purchase one of our Fast Track Packs, either at $499 or $999. Fast Track Packs are designed for people interested in building a LIMU business quickly and your Fast Track Bonus is paid weekly on all Fast Track Pack orders. First Order Bonus (Paid Weekly)

The First Order Bonus pays you on anything one of your Members purchases in their first order, other than a Fast Track Pack. This Bonus only relates to Member purchases and does not include Customer orders. The First Order Bonus is paid weekly and the chart below shows the payout percentages by level through 6 levels:

Level Bonus (Paid Monthly)

Beginning with the second order, this bonus is paid based on product sales within your LIMU organization, with commissions paid up to 8 levels deep on dynamically compressed volume. This is a great source of long-term income that will allow you to build your wealth over time.

In order to be qualified for commissions as a LIMU Member, you need to either place an order of 100PV or more each month through our AutoShip program, OR have personally sponsored Customers who have placed orders of at least 300 in QV in the prior month. In order to receive your free LIMU product, you must be enrolled on AutoShip.

All Customer orders fall on their sponsored Member’s 1st level in the commission genealogy.

Ultimate Auto Bonus (Paid Monthly)

The LIMU Ultimate Auto Bonus is simple: Members who reach and maintain a Paid As rank of 20K under the Prosperity Plan are eligible for a $600 monthly bonus to be used for the purchase or lease of a black BMW. And, if you don’t want a new car just yet, qualified 20K LIMU Members have the option of receiving a lesser Ultimate Cash Bonus of $300 per month.

Leader Cash Bonuses:

• New 100Ks are awarded a one-time cash bonus of $10,000. In order to qualify for the bonus, you need to meet the rank of 100K for three consecutive months. The bonus is then paid in full.
• New 200Ks are awarded a cash bonus of $20,000 starting the first month they qualify and paid over a 12-month period.
• New 500K leaders are awarded a cash bonus of $100,000 starting the first month they are qualified and paid over a 12-month period.
• New 1M leaders are awarded a cash bonus of $250,000 starting the first month they are qualified and paid over an 18-month period.

For the 200K, 500K and 1M bonuses, note that in any month that you are not “Paid As” your respective rank, you forfeit the cash bonus during that month. There is no grace period for Leader cash bonuses.

Leader Development Bonus (Paid Monthly)

Starting at the rank of 100K, you are qualified to earn 3% on your total organizational volume beginning with your 9th level to infinity as a Leader Development Bonus. In addition, if you help develop another Member to the rank of 100K in your sponsorship lineage, your LIMU Leader Development Bonus then jumps to 5% and you are qualified to earn 5% on your total organizational volume beginning with your 9th compressed level through the 8th compressed level of the new 100K. After that happens, you continue to earn 3% to infinity or through the 8th compressed level of the next 100K.

Leaders Pool 100 and 200Ks (Paid Monthly)

1% of total Global Unilevel Volume is calculated and paid on a monthly basis. This pool is divided pro-rata based on your 1st through 8th compressed unilevel volume

Leaders Pool 500k and 1Ms (Paid Monthly)

An additional 1% of total Global Unilevel Volume is calculated and paid on a monthly basis. This pool is divided pro-rata based on your 1st through 8th compressed unilevel volume.

Equity Compensation Program

Once you reach the 500K rank, you qualify for our Equity Compensation Program, earning ownership in the company that you helped to build.

2K VIP (Paid Weekly)

These are exciting new levels of recognition that reward you when you build your LIMU success within your first calendar month …

• When you reach the rank of 2K within your first calendar month after enrolling, you become a 2K VIP and are awarded an additional $200 cash bonus. This bonus is over and above commissions.

“In order to participate in the VIP program you must have selected a Fast Track Pack during enrollment or in the first 30 days thereafter.”

Grace Period

After achieving a rank of 20K or higher, you are allowed a 60-day grace period (two qualifying months) to maintain that rank and be paid at the same rank level or higher. The grace period can have a significant impact on your commission payouts and includes the Ultimate Auto Bonus. For example …

If you reach the rank of 20K during the month of January, you will continue to be qualified AND paid at the 20K rank including the $600 Ultimate Auto Bonus for the months of February and March. However at the end of March, if you have neither moved up in rank to 50K nor maintained the rank of 20K, you would then revert back to the rank your current volume suggests.
