The Rules

Here’s what you need to know:

To earn the Ultimate Auto Bonus, you must achieve and maintain Paid As rank of at least 20K under the Prosperity Plan. You are not eligible for the bonus in any month that you don’t satisfy the requirements for the Paid As rank of at least 20K.

You must enroll with the LIMU Launch Pack or upgrade to the LIMU Launch Pack during your first 30 days.

The car you select must be a BMW with a black exterior.

You may purchase or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle.

You must agree to and abide by the terms of the Ultimate Auto Program Agreement and Acknowledgment of Responsibility.

LIMU Ultimate Auto Program bonus payments may not be transferred.

Combining multiple LIMU Ultimate Auto Program Bonus payments towards a single vehicle is not permitted. Each qualified Member must acquire his/her own BMW and title it in his/her own name to receive the LIMU Ultimate Auto Program bonus.

You must remain an active LIMU Member in good standing with the company.

Before payment is issued, you must accept delivery of your car, fax your completed purchase/lease agreement to LIMU, sign and send the company your LIMU Ultimate Auto Program Agreement and Acknowledgement of Responsibility. The FAX number is xxx-xxx-xxxx.

You remain eligible for the Ultimate Auto Bonus for as long as you own or lease the car that you acquired through the Ultimate Auto Bonus and meet these rules.

Important Legal Stuff

The contract for your new BMW will be between you and the dealership and/or the lender or leasing company. LIMU is not a co-signer, guarantor or a party in any way to these contracts and will not make any payments on your behalf. Your $600 LIMU Ultimate Auto Bonus will be paid to you along with your regular monthly bonus, and it is your responsibility to pay the dealer/lender or leasing company. Please do not buy or lease a car if you are not comfortable with the purchase, loan or lease agreements. If in any month you do not qualify for the Ultimate Auto Bonus, you are nevertheless responsible for making the car payment. You are also responsible for all insurance, maintenance and repairs on the car. Remember, owning a new car is great, but carries responsibility.

In addition, all liability related to the purchase and/or operation of your BMW is solely the responsibility of the Ultimate Auto Program Member. Ultimate Auto Program Members must agree to indemnify LIMU against any and all legal actions against LIMU arising from or relating to the LIMU Member’s ownership, lease agreement and/or operation of their vehicle.

LIMU reserves the right to discontinue the LIMU Ultimate Auto Program or amend the participation requirements or rules at it’s discretion.
