How sad it is when people have no hopes and dreams.  My name is Susan Saling, and several years ago my husband, Bill, and I realized that we had stopped dreaming … we had given up all hope of ever being financially stable … we had accepted the status quo. 
We had made the decision early in our marriage that I would be a stay-at-home mom because we felt that was best for our two sons; a decision we have never regretted.  However, that decision came with a price; it meant living on one salary (and more often beyond that monthly salary).  As the years passed our debt grew; especially when both sons were attending college at the same time.  We found ourselves literally drowning in debt.  And the crowning blow was knowing that when Bill retired from public education, we would be living on 2/3 of the income on which we were already struggling to survive.  We were looking at a future in which both of us would have to seek employment in order to supplement his retirement income.  And paying down our debts seemed like a goal that was unreachable.  There were no hopes … no dreams.
Over the years while we were searching for different options to help us change the direction of our financial situation someone shared the “power of geometric progression” and “leveraging the efforts of many people” to achieve goals.  We saw that Direct Sales, when done correctly, was truly a people helping people business in which anyone could succeed!  We saw and we understood; but for whatever reason we didn’t aggressively seek out a company that we could be passionate about.  The tipping point came when the stress of being a high school principal began to affect Bill’s health.  The day Bill came home with stroke level blood pressure is the day we knew we had to get him out of that job … we had to take a leap of faith.
LIMU, has been the answer to all issues.  It allowed us to work together; given us time freedom; to become healthier; to pay off debts; to travel; and most importantly, for Bill to retire 6 ∏ years early!  In the process, we know we have positively affected the lives of so many others … allowing them to hope and dream again … just like we do!

I was in the insurance industry for over 20 years before being introduced to direct sales. In 2008, when the economy flipped, I found myself upside down, too. My income was going backwards and fast! After college, I became a probation officer in the Detroit area and I was miserable. I had so many high hopes and dreams for my future and thought I could change the world; it probably took me all of six months in my so-called real job to realize I was not changing anything in the court system! I had acquired so much debt I needed the paycheck. I was making just enough money for me to put up with the system but not enough to leave. I decided maybe law school was the way to go, so I began taking my LSAT classes, hoping four years in school would cure my disappointment. Around that same time, a good friend asked me to look into Network Marketing. That decision changed my entire life.

Today, I am at home full time and loving life! It took some hard work, but it was worth it!

I’m in my early 30s, living in Atlanta. I love the beautiful weather and the desire on peoples’ faces down here … it’s a desire to want more! I work hand in hand with my business partner Robert Dean and LIMU. Honestly, I can’t thank either of them enough.

When we first heard about LIMU, I was working a grueling 65-70 hour workweek in corporate America. Warren had several small and labor-intensive enterprises as well. With two small children at home, we barely had time for our family, let alone a new business.

Initially, I had zero interest in the business. We had been involved in network marketing 10 years earlier, with little success. However, Warren's excitement made me want to take a closer look; we began using the products and sharing LIMU with friends we knew. Immediately, I saw a benefit: my blood pressure dropped to a normal range in a matter of two weeks. And, during the summer of 2011, several friends began to join LIMU as Promoters and we quickly advanced to 5K in our first 30 days!

LIMU has given me choice—choice to work where I want. Goodbye, corporate America! I now work with a nonprofit organization, one that is very important to us.
